Customs, duties, and taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and similar charges may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated by us.
Incorrect addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
Lost, stolen, or delayed packages
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier’s operations. If a package is lost or significantly delayed, we will make reasonable efforts to assist, but we are not responsible for carrier delays or for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received, except as required by law.
Risk of loss
Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
