App Privacy

1. Data We Collect

The App does not require users to create an account and does not collect personal information such as names, addresses, or payment information, except as described below.

The App uses certain device sensors solely for gameplay and controller functionality, including (depending on device capabilities):

  • Accelerometer
  • Gyroscope
  • Gravity sensor
  • Magnetometer
  • Motion/rotation data

These sensor readings are used only to detect device movement and orientation within the App.

Additionally, when a user logs in through our Shopify, the App receives and stores the customer’s email address. This email is used solely to verify the user’s license and to determine whether they have the required Shopify metafield associated with their account.

2. How Data Is Used

All sensor data is:

  • Processed only on the device
  • Used only in real time for app functionality
  • Never stored, logged, or saved
  • Never shared with third parties
  • Never used for advertising or analytics
  • Not linked to your identity

The email collected for license verification is:

  • Used only to verify the license and fetch Shopify license
  • Not shared with third parties
  • Not used for marketing purposes
  • Stored only as long as necessary for app functionality

No other user data is collected or transmitted.

3. No Tracking

The App does not:

  • Track users across apps or websites
  • Use cookies
  • Use analytics services (except for device sensors processed on-device)
  • Collect advertising identifiers (IDFA / AAID)
  • Share data with advertisers or third parties

4. No Data Storage (Except Email for License)

The App does not store any personal information, sensor data, usage data, or device identifiers.
The only exception is the email for license verification, which is stored temporarily for app functionality and security. All other data is processed locally on the device and discarded immediately.

5. Permissions

The App may request permission to access device sensors required for gameplay or controller functionality. These permissions are used only for real-time input. No sensor data is ever saved or transmitted beyond the device.

6. How to Delete Data

  • Sensor data is never stored, so nothing to delete.
  • To remove the email stored for license verification, uninstall the App, which clears all locally stored data.
